👑 CORONATION CELEBRATION 🎉 THIS FRIDAY 🇬🇧 

We will be celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III 🤴🏻 in school on Friday.

We are asking  the children to come to school dressed in red, white and blue. ❤️🤍💙Of course, if they wish to dress up as Royals  🤴🏻👸that's absolutely fine too. 

As we are making crowns 👑 in the morning it would be helpful if parents could send in beads 💎and feathers 🪶 etc. to help decorate the crowns.

The children should ALL bring a packed lunch 🍱 on Friday - any paid meals will be carried forward to next week.

Our plan of action:

Short assembly 

PowerPoint explaining the Coronation 

Classroom activities 

Ice cream 🍨 at break provided by PTA

Games outside or in classrooms depending on the weather 

Picnic lunch ( if you have a picnic rug to spare that would be helpful)

Afternoon Making a class display 

Presentation of commemorative badge (PTA)

Presentation of a commemorative booklet provided by Youth Ministries. If you do not wish your child to receive this book 📖 please let your child's teacher know.
